Shree Nakoda Impex spins, textures, weaves and dyes polyester and polyester-viscose blend fabrics at our own Bhilwara facility, supplying traders, wholesalers and garment manufacturers with consistent quality at scale.
Bhilwara has been at the centre of India's synthetic textile industry for decades, and Shree Nakoda Impex operates from within that base. We manufacture polyester and PV-blend fabrics from spun and texturised yarn, carrying each roll through weaving, dyeing and finishing under one roof, so the fabric that leaves our facility matches the specification a buyer ordered against.
Our customers are fabric traders, wholesalers, garment manufacturers and buying houses who need a supplier that can hold a GSM, a shade and a width consistently across repeat orders — not just on the first one.

Each collection is woven with its own name on the selvedge — shown here on Sapphire Collection — so the fabric a buyer receives is traceable back to the exact collection and mill.

Texturising & weaving line
We work with both spun and texturised polyester yarn, and with PV blends at 70/30 and 80/20 ratios, carrying the fabric through weaving, dyeing — fibre-dyed and piece-dyed — and finishing to a fixed GSM and GLM before it is rolled and packed at 58" width.
Every collection is manufactured to a stated GSM and GLM range rather than a single approximate figure, because that range is what we hold order to order.
Incoming spun and texturised yarn checked before it enters production.
Weight per square metre and per linear metre held within the specified range for each collection.
Fibre-dyed and piece-dyed batches checked for shade match across lots.
Width, weight and finish verified before packing and dispatch.
The GSM, GLM and width you approve on the first order is what you receive on the fifth.
100% polyester and PV-blend options at different weights, so buyers can source more than one fabric from one supplier.
Weaving, dyeing and finishing done at our own facility, not outsourced between multiple job-workers.
A consistent width across the range simplifies cutting and planning for garment manufacturers.
Both dyeing methods available depending on the collection and the order.
Regular supply to traders, wholesalers and garment manufacturers across Indian states.
Our Bhilwara facility houses spinning-yarn handling, texturising, weaving, dyeing and finishing sections, allowing a fabric to move through the full process without leaving our control.
