Checkpoints

Four checkpoints, one specification

01

Yarn inspection

Spun and texturised polyester and PV-blend yarn is checked on arrival, before it is committed to a production run.

02

In-weaving checks

Fabric construction is monitored during weaving to keep the finished GLM on target.

03

Dye-lot matching

Fibre-dyed and piece-dyed batches are checked for shade consistency across a single order.

04

Final roll inspection

GSM, width and finish are verified against the collection's specification before packing.

Why it matters

Why we quote a range, not a single figure

Every specification on our products page is given as a range — for example 250–260 GSM — because that is the tolerance we actually hold in production, rather than a single number that only applies to a best-case roll. Buyers ordering against a fixed cutting or costing plan can rely on any roll from a given collection falling inside that stated range.

Consistency across orders

The same collection, the second time you order it

Because dyeing method, yarn type and finishing width are fixed per collection rather than varied order to order, a repeat order of Sapphire Collection or Gold Coin arrives matching the sample or the first shipment you approved.
